Irrigation season beginning
Irrigation season starts the first Monday of April. This year Monday April 3rd is when water will start to flow to wash all the debris out of the canals from the winter. Will update as we get closer.

Canal 2 head gate 138
10/11/22 Canal 2 headgate 138 is closed and locked until flooding repairs are complete. Will update this post when unlocked. This affects 4 parcels. 10/12/22 Repairs have been made headgate is unlocked.

2022 end of irrigation season
Water out 2022. Another year is coming to a end. Irrigation water is scheduled to shut off Friday October 28th, 2022. If it changes will update this post.

June 8, 2022 7 am. Head gate closure canal 2 hg 137 locked and tagged until repairs completed on Meeker Street. 10:30am HG is back open repair completed.

Canal 1 head gate 134 – Per inspection: The pipe is compromised and leaking water onto Landsdown Street and almost to flood over onto Highway 50. Water users responsible for repair. Head gate closed until repairs are completed.

Headgate Canal 2 #154 Shut down until 10:00am Thursday April 21st
OMID has shut down headgate 2-154 until 10:00am Thursday April 21st to identify a leak. Canal 2 will be low until roughly 2:00pm this afternoon from approximately 31 1/2 Rd west. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
