4/10/2026 Power Canal fluctuations, this is a new phenomenon from the river being so low.  OMID cannot control the bounce we are experiencing; more water is needed in the river.  There is not enough water to support the power plant, it is shut down currently.  We are in unprecedented times.

4/13/2026 The Power Plant mentioned in this post does not supply irrigation water, it makes power and is a separate enterprise.  The Pump House does supply irrigation water; it was not affected by the phenomenon taking place in the Power Canal.  The only irrigators affected by this post are those on the Power Canal when this phenomenon occurs.
