What’s Happening Now?

After a three-month review, the project team recently received comments from the Bureau of Reclamation on the initial 30% design.
Based on those comments, we are working on updates to the project design. The next milestone is a 60% design, which should be complete and ready to submit to the Bureau of Reclamation in December of 2026.
At this time, we expect very few changes to the existing location of the canal. Work will begin soon with select landowners to discuss areas of potential realignment.
