OMID Water Supply Update

OMID will stop receiving irrigation water for 2 weeks effective 9/17/2026 – 9/30/2026

OMID will begin receiving irrigation water for 2 weeks effective 10/1/2026 – 10/15/2026

Season will end effective 10/15/2026

In the event the Power Canal has borrowed non-consumptive power water, it cannot be used for irrigation.  All headgates on the Power Canal will be tagged and closed during this time. 

At the end of season all 400+ headgates will be closed on Canal 1, Canal 2 and Mutual Mesa to begin winter maintenance.

We appreciate all the patience, understanding, and support that our water users and irrigation community partners have shown. Thank you for helping us be more successful than initially anticipated during this incredibly challenging year.
