9/18/25 Update on Water Out dates.
Per the discussion with the Board, water out schedule is:
Mutual Mesa will be shut down effective Friday October 24th for scheduled maintenance.
Power canal, canal 1 and canal 2 will be shut down effective the following Friday October 31st .
