In light of the current COVID-19 restrictions, it has been decided by the Board of Directors to cancel the 2021 OMID Annual Meeting which would have taken place in January 2021. We will be mailing a Notice to include the Written Ballot and Proxy for the ballot issue at hand. All information and details are within the Notice and provided here are the links to the forms you should see in the mail if you are eligible to vote:
